Look Up Compensation
This site allows agents to view compensation for Sea Coast listings. In order for your listing to pull correctly into this tool, please check the following in Dotloop:
- Your loop status must read Active Listing
- You must have buyer agent commission entered in the Financials section of the View Details Page of your loop. You can enter a % amount under “SALE COMMISSION SPLIT % - BUY SIDE” OR a flat fee amount under “SALE COMMISSION SPLIT $ - BUY SIDE”
