Logos must be used as presented and must contain our DBA “Sea Coast Advantage”.
They may not be changed in color or layout and must adhere to the identity standards and safety distance guidelines required by Coldwell Banker.

It also elevates your standing among colleagues and clients, and sets you apart as a trusted luxury professional.
Global Luxury Qualifications
Agent Certification
Earning the Coldwell Banker Luxury Property Specialist certification is a two-step process:
- Complete the Global Luxury training course.
- Meet the Production Criteria of 3 Closed Qualifying transactions within 24 months of course completion
Transactions must meet the following requirements:
- Transaction Status is Closed.
- The property type is Single Family Residential
- PROPERTY TYPES THAT DO NOT QUALIFY
- Multi-Family properties
- Unimproved land/lots
- Multiple Lots
- Commercial properties
- PROPERTY TYPES THAT DO NOT QUALIFY
- You can be the Listing Agent, the Buyer's Agent, or a co-Agent
- If transactions are closed out under a team leader, you must simply provide documentation that you were paid a portion of the commission.
- If you were both the Listing Agent and Buyer's Agent for a single transaction, the property transaction will only qualify as ONE transaction.
- The three Closed Dates are within the last 24 months before submitting your application.
- The Sold Price is at or above the Luxury Threshold Price for the Market Area at the time of transaction submission.
Submit your online Luxury Property Specialist application in your Institute Member Portal by uploading three Qualified Transactions.
Final approval is provided upon successful review of the submitted application (within 7 business days).
Property Requirements
Listing Price
Price thresholds define the minimum price point at which a property qualifies for Global Luxury promotion. These thresholds are calculated to represent the top 10% of the market within each zip code, ensuring that properties positioned within this range align with the prestige and expectations of the Global Luxury brand. Fit & Finish
In addition to the listing price, a Global Luxury qualifying property must be of exceptional quality and style, featuring unique architectural aspects, amenities to support a luxury lifestyle, desirable location and much more.
