    Compensation Tool

    This site allows you to view compensation information for Sea Coast listings. In order for your listing to pull correctly into this tool, the following items are required in Dotloop: 


    1. Your loop status must read Active Listing 
    2. You must have buyer agent commission entered in the Financials section of the View Details Page of your loop. You can enter a % amount under “SALE COMMISSION SPLIT % - BUY SIDE” OR a flat fee amount under “SALE COMMISSION SPLIT $ - BUY SIDE” 

    (choose one--do not input values to both fields!)

    Use Moxi Present to develop: 

    • Buyer Presentation: This option helps you generate a CMA, complete with MLS feed to pull in comparable properties along with their details, photos, and status.  
    • Buyer Tour: This option plots desired properties on a map, showing the most logical route & order for visiting homes. It also generates side-by-side comparisons illustrating variables from # of bedrooms, to square footage to amenities & add-ons  to help buyers make informed decisions.
