Open Houses must be submitted to Marketing via the form linked above by 12pm on the Wednesday preceding the event in order to be included in promotions.
Open House submissions must include the MLS# and price of the home. If the home is not yet listed in the MLS, please email a photo of the front of the home to Marketing@SeaCoastRealty.com before the Wednesday 12pm deadline.
A graphic will be generated for your Open House, featuring a photo of the home, the event date and times, and the location, price, and MLS number of the listing. These graphics will be posted to the Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Facebook Business Page. The graphics will also be emailed to All Users at Sea Coast.
The Open House post will be boosted via paid advertisement to all cities in which a listing is being held open that weekend.
Your Open House will be entered into the MLS, from which it will syndicate to all home-search sites that recognize that data, including Zillow, Realtor.com, and SeaCoastRealty.com
